Driven by guilt for missing his mother’s funeral, Deep is questioning memories as the building blocks of the human self.In his mother’s final years, who suffered from Alzheimer, Deep has experienced the cruelty of the falling memories.
The first stages of Alzheimer seems the hardest on the patients as they are still conscious of the memory loss. However, the latest stages are the hardest on the beloved ones. Once enough memories have fallen, the self gets distorted, and relations starts to fall.
Building on his own experience Deep tries to sketch a series of scenes that de-construct personal memories and relationships and draws from the generic to the personal.
